THE BACKGROUND STORY...

THE BACKGROUND STORY...

When I was younger I was shown through a few experiences that there was a spiritual realm.  I asked God to prove that I could trust him at the age of 12.  He did.  Then, at the age of 21, with a different tone of attitude I asked him to show me how real he was.  In an even more extreme way… he did.  The following year I graduated college with an advertising degree.  instead of pursuing a career I decided to trust the urge to be led strictly by this relationship with the all knowing being.  Asking for signs to guide me, life turned into this intriguing journey that I couldn’t give up no matter the cost…and left me telling this God, time and time again, “Show me who you are..”

What started out as getting riddle type poems in all hours of the night…led into a season of writing that was both my outlet and inlet.  Some of the writing progressed into music.  Being in the right place at the right time led me to the people I needed to meet to bring that music out of me.

This ended up being a major tool in emotional healing that I didn’t know I needed and would have never received if not done in this specific way.

Through my experience I found that the harder the situation or piece of the journey, the clearer God spoke.  At the same time, “the other side” was trying to get me off the path I was on.  Not everything supernatural is from God, and that in itself became one of my biggest and hardest lessons.

I found that as emotional healing took place, I had my own desires and passions that were buried, waiting to come out.  As God started showing me that what I wanted in life really did matter, my passion for both emotional and physical health grew.  I chose to study at the Nutritional Therapy Association and went back to school for Herbal Medicine.

This is where I will share some of the music, stories behind the music, lessons I’ve learned, and health info that is just too good not to share.  And sometimes maybe just spill some thoughts.
As you get a glimpse of mine I am asking that he speaks to yours.
